About Gina Davies

Gina Davies is a dynamic and highly acclaimed practitioner in autism.

Gina qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist over 25 years ago and in that time has developed her passion for communication development into practical and joyful intervention strategies. Gina has worked with hundreds of children and adults with autism in schools, nurseries and residential settings as well as in direct work with parents and families. Gina is an accomplished conference speaker with an interactive style and an emphasis on sharing information that will make a difference to the lives of those living and working with autism.

She has established parent groups, social skills groups, language and communication services and has led a range of specialist services within mainstream and specialist provisions. She was instrumental in bringing the disciplines of speech and language therapy and education together into a unique communication based curriculum at 'the little group' nursery in Epsom, Surrey, which continues to be nationally recognised as a leader in early autism intervention.

Gina has now developed the Attention Autism approach in order to make autism expertise and specialist speech and language therapy more widely available and accessible to parents, families and professionals alike whatever the setting or location.

Gina lives in Surrey but travels extensively both across the UK and internationally.
